The Post University alumni community is built on the experiences and achievements of graduates like you. To help preserve those stories and strengthen alumni connections, Post University has partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to produce an Alumni Oral History Project.
As part of this initiative, alumni may receive phone calls, emails, text messages, postcards, or mailings from PCI. These communications are legitimate and authorized by Post University. We invite you to share your story and help celebrate the legacy of the Post community.

We have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce an Oral History Publication for Post University. PCI is a family-owned business based in Dallas, Texas, that has published directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations across the nation for over 100 years.
This project allows us to hear about your personal experiences from your time at Post University and how the school helped shape your life since then. While we have you on the phone, we also want to make sure your contact information is up to date.
Yes, in several ways:
- Updated Information – Helps us effectively communicate with and engage alumni.
- Legacy – Sharing and collecting stories preserves the history of our institution.
- Pride – Wearing alumni apparel demonstrates support and pride for Post University.
PCI is committed to protecting your information. The names, addresses, and information provided to PCI for the publication of the Oral History Project will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in preparation of, the Oral History Project, or as required by court order or law.
If you received a postcard or email with a telephone number, call the number to speak with a dedicated Oral History Project representative. The representative will verify your information, make any necessary updates, and invite you to share your Post University story. Your story will be recorded and provided to Post University at the conclusion of the project.
If you received an email containing an embedded link, you may visit the online site to review your information and submit a story.
If you did not receive a postcard or email, you may call the dedicated Post University update line at 203-828-2261.
If you are living internationally or are unable to call the update line, please email PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com. PCI will send you a personalized link to share your written story and photo.
If you would like to participate and are Deaf/Hard of Hearing, please email customerservice@publishingconcepts.com. PCI will send you a personalized link that allows you to share your written story and photo.
Yes. The only information included in the publication is:
-Your name
-Class year
-Degree
-Story
-Photo
No contact information will be published.
When you update your contact information, it is used solely to update your alumni record with Post University.
You may revoke consent for your story and/or photo to appear in the publication at any time before January 22, 2027, by contacting PCI Customer Service:

You will receive an email containing a link to upload:
- One photo (black-and-white or color)
- A photo caption
If you purchased a book and do not have an email address on file, PCI will mail you a photo submission form so that you can send a physical photograph for printing.
Note: Your original photo will be returned if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
No. The Post University Oral History Publication is available for purchase only by Post University alumni.
The Oral History Project will run for approximately 12 months.
Because the project began in July 2026, publication distribution is expected in July 2027.
