Dr. Barbara Zerillo leads Post University’s Career Development team, where she is driving a bold vision to integrate career readiness into every student’s journey. With more than 14 years of experience in higher education and career services, Dr. Zerillo is known for building innovative, student-centered programs that connect learning with real-world opportunities.
Under her leadership, Career Development is expanding its reach through hands-on employer engagement, advanced career technology, and partnerships that prepare students to thrive in a fast-changing job market. A passionate advocate for purpose-driven work, Dr. Zerillo empowers students and alumni alike to design meaningful careers built on their strengths and values.
Dr. Zerillo earned her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University and holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
AG Barry
Director, Alumni Career Engagement
AG Barry (they/them) serves as the Director of Alumni Career Engagement, connecting alumni and students through mentorship, networking, and career-focused programming that supports real-world professional outcomes. With a background in nonprofit management, strategy, and fundraising, AG brings a relationship-driven, outcomes-focused approach to building networks that benefit both current students and alumni. Their work emphasizes the power of alumni insight to inform, inspire, and support students as they navigate early and evolving career journeys.
AG holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Spanish from Carson-Newman University and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of New Haven.
Baki Izzat, MBA
Director, Employer Relations
Bakhtawar (Baki) Izzat, MBA is the Director of Employer Relations at Post University, where she leads the strategy, design, and growth of a centralized employer relations and workforce partnerships function. In this role, she serves as a strategic link between higher education and industry, building meaningful, equitable pathways from education to employment through internships, experiential learning, and career hiring pipelines across a wide range of academic disciplines.
Prior to joining Post University, Baki served as Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School, where she partnered with global and national employers across healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and emerging industries. There, she led customized recruiting strategies, executed high‑impact employer programming, expanded internship and full‑time hiring pipelines, and leveraged labor‑market and engagement data to drive measurable improvements in student outcomes.
Baki has also previously managed employer partnerships across all industries, including engineering, criminal justice, health, business, and arts & sciences, and she also holds an MBA, which she actively applies across project management, organizational leadership, strategic management, and workforce planning to all that she leads.
Known as a people‑first strategist, Baki is recognized for her ability to build authentic, long‑term partnerships while driving results at scale. She has built and overseen hundreds of employer partnerships, led high‑impact recruiting initiatives, mentored and developed employer relations teams, and positioned institutions as strategic talent partners to industry.
Beyond higher education, Baki is also a trusted voice in career development and early‑career strategy. She’s offered accessible college and career advice through social media, building a digital community of over 40,000 followers and generating 1M+ engagements, and has partnered with national brands around college and career readiness.
Deeply passionate about access, long‑term career strategy, and strategic hiring, Baki is committed to helping employers engage with talent intentionally, while empowering students to position themselves for sustainable, meaningful career growth, not just their first job. She regularly contributes to national conversations on employer engagement, workforce development, early‑career hiring, and the future of work.
Taylor Brooks
Manager, Employer Relations
Taylor Brooks (she/her) serves as the Manager of Employer Relations, strengthening connections between students and the employers who inspire their career ambitions. With a foundation in human resources, she brings a relationship‑driven, student‑centered approach to employer engagement, experiential learning, and career development. Her work focuses on creating avenues for students to explore meaningful career paths and gain the confidence and support necessary to succeed.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Management and Marketing, Taylor is currently pursuing an MBA to further advance her strategic leadership and innovation skills. She is dedicated to empowering students with the resources and professional networks that help them navigate their career journeys with purpose.
Michael Nadtochij
Operations Manager
Michael Nadtochij (he/him) serves as the Operations Manager for the Career Development Center, overseeing systems, data, and strategic workflows that support effective service delivery and student career outcomes. Since joining the team in August 2023 as a Career Advisor, Michael has played a key role in strengthening internal operations, leading data collection and reporting efforts, and translating departmental strategy into scalable, day‑to‑day processes.
Michael’s background is rooted in student‑centered advising and relationship management, providing a strong foundation for designing operational structures that support consistent, high‑impact student engagement. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.
